These Rosemary Garlic French Fries sound hard to make. You just have to peel and julienne potatoes. Soak them in cold water for 1 hour. Blot them dry with a paper towel. And deep fry to the precise temperature of 375 degrees. Just kidding. Just grab a bag of frozen fries and spice them up with this rosemary garlic butter sauce. Trust me you’ll never look at frozen french fries the same way again.
1 bag of frozen shoestring french fries
1/2 cup salted butter + 1 tablespoon
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup grated Romano or Parmasean cheese
Bake french fries according to packaging.
In small saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over low heat. Add minced garlic. Saute until garlic is translucent, about 4 minutes. Add 1/2 cup butter and chopped rosemary. Heat.
In large bowl, toss french fries, rosemary-garlic butter sauce, salt and grated cheese. Serve immediately.
