Candied Bacon Crisp

These Candied Bacon Crisps are a real crowd pleaser. What’s also great – they are made with just 3 ingredients!  What’s also great – 2 of those ingredients are bacon and brown sugar.

Ingredients
1 Sleeve Club Crackers
1 pound Bacon
Brown Sugar

Pre-heat oven to 250. Who has a bacon rack? No one. So..,crinkle aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet to prevent the crackers from soaking up the bacon grease.

Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each cracker with 1/2 bacon slice. It should fit snugly around cracker, but not pulled too taut. Spread each bacon wrapped cracker with approximately 1 teaspoon of brown sugar. Place cracker on lined baking sheet.

Candied Bacon Crisp

Bake for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
